1. Introduction

Welcome to The Cursed Vault. By accessing and using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of the website. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Orders and Payment

  • Order Process: Orders can be placed directly through our website. Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your purchase.

  • Payment Methods: We accept  credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay. All payments must be made in full at the time of ordering.

3. Production Time

  • Printing Time: The standard production time for 3D miniatures is typically 1-3 days, depending on the complexity of the design and current order volume. This does not include shipping time or additional extras like Hand Painted miniatures which can take upwards of 7 days based on current volume of orders.

  • Custom Orders: For custom-designed miniatures, production time may vary. We will provide an estimated completion date upon confirmation of your order.

  • Delays: While we strive to meet all deadlines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as equipment failure or high order volume. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Postage: We offer shipping within the UK and internationally. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.

  • Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times are as follows:

    • UK: 1-3 business days after dispatch

    • International: 7-14 business days after dispatch 

  • Customs and Duties: For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by their country.

  • Delivery Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs clearance, or other factors outside our control.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Damages

  • Damaged Goods: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the product. Provide photographic evidence of the damage, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund at our discretion.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Due to the custom nature of 3D printing, we do not accept returns on items unless they are defective or damaged.

  • Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled within 4 hours of purchase. After this period, we cannot guarantee cancellation as production may have already started.

  • Refunds: Refunds are processed within 14 days after approval and will be credited to the original payment method.

6. Vault Tokens (Loyalty Points)

  • Earning Vault Tokens: Customers can earn Vault Tokens with each purchase. e.g., 1 token for every £1 spent.

  • Redeeming Vault Tokens: Vault Tokens can be redeemed on future purchases at the rate of e.g., 100 tokens = £1 discount.

  • Token Expiration: Vault Tokens never expire.

  • Non-Transferable: Vault Tokens are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and content on our website are the intellectual property of The Cursed Vault or our content suppliers. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission or that of our content suppliers.
